By downloading or using Intimacy Tracker & Games (the "app") from Heartcraft Studio, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use the app

The app contains suggestive themes and is meant for adults. You must be of legal age in your country and meet the age rating shown on Google Play to use it.

2. Your content and backups

Everything you enter is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your phone, your password and any backup files secure. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover lost entries, a forgotten password or a lost backup.

3. Consent and respect

Games and ideas in the app are suggestions only. Only do what every person involved clearly agrees to, and skip anything that does not feel right. Do not record information about another person without their consent.

4. Purchases

Premium features are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Purchases are tied to your Google account.

5. Not medical advice

The app is for entertainment and personal journaling. It is not a medical, health or fertility app and does not provide medical advice.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Heartcraft Studio is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms. See also our privacy policy.
